Winter Weather Services
MODIFIED SERVICES ON TUESDAY, JAN. 27

Trinity Metro is beginning a *phased restoration of service Tuesday, Jan. 27*, as winter weather impacts continue to ease across the region. Service levels reflect roadway conditions, operating readiness, and safety considerations for customers and team members.

“We appreciate our customers’ patience as we work through these challenging weather conditions,” said *Richard Andreski, President and CEO of Trinity Metro*. “Every service decision we make is focused on protecting the safety of our customers and our team members while restoring service as conditions allow.”

The following services are *operating Tuesday*:

* *TEXRail* will begin service on an *hourly schedule* in the morning and is expected to *transition toward a regular schedule by the afternoon*, as conditions allow.
* *Trinity Railway Express (TRE)* is operating on its *normal schedule*.
* *Trinity Metro Bus service* will utilize a Saturday Ice Detour Schedule from noon to 9 p.m. Outbound service will end at 9 p.m. from Fort Worth Central Station.
* *TRE Link* will operate beginning at 12:12 p.m. on a *Saturday schedule*.
* *On-Demand paratransit* is operating for *life-sustaining trips only*.
* *On-Demand rideshare* will resume *normal service beginning at noon.*

The *CentrePort Circulator (route 30) will not operate Tuesday* and is expected to resume service on *Wednesday*.

*Customer Service will be available 5 a.m.– 10 p.m. and the Fort Worth Central Station Kiosk from 10 a.m.– 5 p.m.*

Operational decisions continue to be guided by roadway accessibility, winter weather conditions, and safety considerations. Extreme cold and residual icy conditions may continue to affect travel, particularly for services that involve outdoor waiting or operation on local streets. *As temperatures are expected to fall below freezing later in the evening and overnight, Trinity Metro will continue to monitor conditions and may adjust service as necessary.*

Customers are encouraged to:

* allow extra travel time
* check the status of their service before leaving
* wear appropriate clothing for extreme cold temperatures
* use caution and be aware of slick or icy surfaces at stations, stops, and along walkways
