I’m suing the Department of Homeland Security to stop their dangerous, illegal, and unconstitutional operation in Minnesota.

Thousands of armed, masked, and poorly trained federal agents are terrorizing the Twin Cities. They’ve brazenly and repeatedly used excessive force against Minnesotans, arrested and threatened innocent bystanders, and conducted militarized raids in schools, churches, hospitals, and other sensitive locations.

This violates the law, the First and Tenth Amendment, and the Constitution’s guarantee of equal sovereignty.

No one should be stopped, questioned, or targeted by ICE solely because of how they look, how they speak, or where they come from. No parent should have to wonder if their child will come home safely from school. And no business should have to shut its doors due to fears of violence.

As Attorney General, I’m doing everything in my power to stop this federal invasion and protect Minnesotans from harm.
