This weekend, masked ICE agents murdered another US citizen in Minneapolis, VA ICU nurse Alex Pretti.

I’m heartbroken and angry.

I’m an immigrant. My parents and I didn’t come to America to watch it abandon its values or to accept a country where federal agents can terrorize communities and face no consequences when things turn deadly.

This isn’t about safety. This isn’t about order. This is absolute chaos.

Trump’s ICE is lawless and uncontrollable. They’re tearing families apart and terrorizing communities. Once again, it ended in deadly violence.

And our representative Ryan Mackenzie’s hypocrisy on ICE’s rampant and uncontrollable actions is astonishing.

He supported pardons for January 6th rioters who assaulted and killed officers at the Capitol, but now wants ICE agents to have absolute immunity, even when people are killed.

I’m running for Congress because PA-07 deserves leadership who isn’t afraid to hold Kristi Noem and Trump accountable for these atrocities. Our communities can't continue to live in fear because of lawless, reckless ICE actions.
