MetroNews: Trump's First Year Back in Office Has Been a Total Disaster for Texans

John,

The numbers speak for themselves.

A year into his administration, Donald Trump has cost Texans more than 4,000 manufacturing jobs.

Due to expiring ACA subsidies, more than 3 million Texans will see their premiums skyrocket, and 1,400,000 Texans are expected to lose their health care entirely.

Beyond a disaster, Donald Trump’s first year back in office has been a betrayal of hard-working folks across the country.

I’m running for Congress because you should be able to trust your leaders in Washington to advocate for you. You should be able to expect them to vote in ways that help you, not make your life harder.

Here in TX-35, we have a real shot at winning. We have a real shot at electing a Marine Corps veteran and Democrat who will take on whoever becomes the Republican nominee in this race. If you can, please chip in any amount today to help me sustain our campaign’s momentum and bring real leadership to Washington:
