_PATRIOT, ANTI-AMERICAN RACIAL DISCRIMINATION PROGRAMS ARE A CANCER
THAT HAVE METASTASIZED NATIONWIDE._

From Kindergarten through College, millions upon millions of students
are being subjected to a cruel social experiment that prioritizes RACE
above individual merit.

Students are being deprived of or awarded opportunities _solely_ based
on their race – _a direct and appalling affront to the sacred
principles of equality upon which our nation was founded._

_AND THE 1776 PROJECT FOUNDATION JUST FILED A LAWSUIT THAT COULD
STRIKE A MAJOR BLOW AGAINST A DISCRIMINATORY PROGRAM IN THE SECOND
LARGEST SCHOOL DISTRICT IN AMERICA._

_IF YOU’RE READING THIS, WE’RE HUMBLY REQUESTING YOUR HELP IN
ADVANCING WHAT COULD BE ONE OF THE MOST SIGNIFICANT
ANTI-DISCRIMINATION LAWSUITS OF THE 21ST CENTURY._

a couple of minutes to explain how we got here.

_In 2025, the 1776 Project Foundation was made aware of an allegedly
discriminatory initiative called the “Predominantly Hispanic, Black,
Asian, or other Non-Anglo (PHBAO) Program.”_

This program, designed by the Los Angeles Unified School District, was
built to award schools with a 70% _“Predominantly Hispanic, Black,
Asian, or other Non-Anglo”_ student population special awards.

If your school’s racial demographics are too White or Middle
Eastern, your school would be disqualified from receiving benefits
like REDUCED CLASSROOM SIZE AND MORE FUNDING FOR TEACHERS.

Put simply, LAUSD has implemented a system that benefits or penalizes
students based on race… WE BELIEVE THIS IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND
ILLEGAL.

… AND THE 1776 PROJECT FOUNDATION IS TAKING IMMEDIATE ACTION IN
SUING THE LOS ANGELES UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT IN AN EFFORT TO SHUT
DOWN THIS PROGRAM.

_But this case won’t just impact Los Angeles._

_It won’t just impact California._

THIS CASE COULD SEND A RESOUNDING SHOCKWAVE THROUGH AMERICA’S
