John,
Today, ICE shot and killed another person in Minnesota. A 37-year-old VA
nurse in south Minneapolis put his body between women protesters and
federal agents. ICE killed him for it.
This is the second Minnesotan that ICE has killed in a week for protecting
their neighbors. But the people of the North Star state won’t stand down.
And we are with them.

If you’re heading out this weekend, a few simple tips:
* Go with a friend if you can, or let someone know where you’ll be.
* Dress warmly and comfortably — layers, good shoes, and gloves help.
* Bring water, a snack, and anything you need to stay comfortable.
* Keep your phone charged.
* Pay attention to your surroundings and trust your instincts.
If you’re supporting from home:
* Check in on friends and neighbors.
* Share information from trusted local sources.
* Offer practical support if people ask for it.
* Take breaks when you need to.
