We have new developments concerning the ongoing battle for Conservatives to stop implementation of Gavin Newsom's Proposition 50 redistricting scheme.

Republicans have filed an emergency application with the U.S. Supreme Court to have the gerrymandered redistricting scam by Newsom invalidated:
 

So we are fighting a multi-front battle, and we really need your help.  If Republicans are unsuccessful in getting Proposition 50 thrown out by the Supreme Court, then we will have to work tirelessly to hold onto as many of the 5 GOP seats that Newsom's redistricting effort targeted for defeat.

We also have to go on offense and targe the seven congressional seats that Democrats barely won in the 2024 elections.  We have to be prepared to wage this effort whether we are dealing with the previous congressional district boundaries, or the new Proposition 50 redrawn boundaries:

Democrat Adam Gray:  CA-16 = Won with just 50.0% of the vote.
Democrat Derek Tran:  CA-45 = Won with just 50.1% of the vote.
Democrat George Whitesides:  CA-27 = Won with just 51.3% of the vote.
Democrat Dave Min:  CA-47 = Won with just 51.4% of the vote.
Democrat Josh Harder:  CA-09 = Won with just 51.8% of the vote.
Democrat Mike Levin:  CA-49 = Won with just 52.2% of the vote.
Democrat Jim Costa:  CA-21 = Won with just 52.6% of the vote.
