Weekend Reading
Hi Friend,
On Jan. 20, AFSC was joined by Quakers and partners to deliver a clear message to the Trump administration: We stand with immigrants. Together, we delivered a petition bearing over 13,000 signatures to the steps of the Department of Homeland Security in Washington, D.C. [link removed]
This petition to Secretary Kristi Noem demanded an end to detention and deportation. We call for policies that treat all people with dignity and respect, no matter where they were born.
Thank you to everyone who signed our petition! We look forward to working alongside you toward the vision of a welcoming, just, and dignified world we all deserve.
