That’s why we’re so inspired by the moms, dads, and parents who are not giving up on our communities. (Yes, that’s YOU!). Across the nation moms are holding the line in really tough times in so many ways. Moms are uniting on the ground, online, in every state in the nation, and in Washington DC to speak out for our families and communities. And our voices are being heard! Did you notice the concerned reference to "organized gangs of wine moms" last week? We’re not giving up on me, you, or us - or on our communities. And we will win.

We all know: Too many families are struggling to make ends meet. It doesn’t have to be that way. This year we are keeping the pressure up for:  

• Health Care: Ensuring everyone has access to quality affordable health care coverage.
• Maternal & Reproductive Health: Ensuring every woman has access to quality maternal and reproductive care.
• Child Care & Early Learning: Ensuring all families have access to comprehensive, affordable, high-quality early care and education.
• Immigration: Ensuring our nation has a safe and orderly immigration process that balances compassion, dignity, and security - and not violence and cruelty;
• Gun Safety: Ensuring that all children and families are able to live in safe communities free from gun violence.
• K-12 Education: Ensuring strong public schools, stable federal education funding, and clear accountability to protect taxpayers’ investments, strengthen local communities, and prepare students for the real world.
• Nutrition: Ensuring children and families have access to healthy food to learn, work, and thrive.
• Good Jobs with Fair Pay: Ensuring family economic security and national prosperity by advancing living wages, paid family and medical leave, earned sick days, breastfeeding rights, and strong worker protections.
