floor, and bystanders deployed an everyday-carry tourniquet to save
his life. Quick action like that really underscores the importance of
training.

In Georgia, a woman intervened to stop a violent assault on her niece
and ended up fatally shooting the attacker — only to learn it was
her own nephew. Stories like this remind us how ugly real violence can
be, even in family situations.

change in age-based carry policy.
