PERKINS: Is the Law beyond Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison?
by Tony Perkins
For those tracking the chaos in Minnesota, here's a detail that might shed some light on the lawlessness of state officials, like the attorney general. To qualify to be attorney general of Minnesota, you must: 1) be a qualified voter, 2) be at least 21, and 3) be a resident of the state for at least 30 days. For those watching the attorney general's response after protestors barged into a church last Sunday and disrupted a worship service, this probably doesn't surprise you. In Minnesota, you don't have to be a lawyer - or even know the law - to be attorney general. That helps explain how Keith Ellison got the job without a) knowing the law, or b) being able to read it.

'So Help Me Law'? New Jersey Governor Sworn in on Constitution, Not Bible
by Joshua Arnold
When New Jersey Governor Mikie Sherrill (D) was sworn into office on Tuesday, she placed her hand on a copy of the Constitution, not the Bible. The atypical decision made a statement about Sherrill's view of religion and government - and a promise about how she plans to govern. Essentially, it's safe to say that Sherrill plans to take God out of government.

Dismantling Chavismo Using Chavismo in Venezuela
by Yoe Suarez
In front of the main headquarters of the Public Prosecutor's Office in Caracas, the families of political prisoners shout, "They are all innocent, none of them are criminals!" They carry banners and overcome the fear that, for years, had led many to self-censor in the public sphere. If Chavismo is still standing, despite the capture of Nicolas Maduro on January 3, what has changed to allow protest scenes like these to re-emerge these days?

Foundation of Lies: How Deception Underpins Youth Trans Procedures - and Echoes the Nature of Sin

| One expert is sounding the alarm on a harsh reality that many already recognize: there's no proof that puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, or surgical interventions actually help children suffering from gender dysphoria.
