Dear John, We are pleased to share our latest annual report with you: an honest reflection on a difficult year, and on the work you helped make possible. Last year, Health Poverty Action continued to work alongside communities in ten countries, responding to urgent needs while navigating a rapidly changing global context. This report looks at the progress we have made, but also the constraints we have faced, exploring the realities of operating in a world shaped by political instability, conflict, climate crisis, and deepening economic inequality.

Between human stories and political analysis, the report offers an insight into the work you supported last year, country by country. From practical and accessible health interventions to advocacy that challenges the structures driving poverty and ill health in the first place. The report also includes a message from our Director, Martin Drewry, which positions Health Poverty Action's work within a wider global crisis, and looks towards building a more equitable future:

Finally, the report shows that over 96p of every £1 we received last year was spent directly on projects; collaborating with communities, health workers and activists to build a healthier, more prosperous world for all. We are proud to share this report with you. We hope it conveys the seriousness of the moment we are working in, and the solidarity that underpins everything we do. Thank you for standing with us through another challenging year. In Solidarity, Ella Ronan, Health Poverty Action |
