We just scored a major victory against Donald Trump in the fight over offshore wind!

Over the last week, three different judges (including one appointed by Trump) allowed construction to resume on multiple offshore wind projects that Trump tried to halt even when they were already fully permitted and under construction. But the courts squashed Trump’s bad faith efforts!

SEEC Member Rep. Scott Peters said it best: “Trump is getting his butt kicked again. The question is whether he learns from that.”

This is a huge win for our climate movement, but the fight is not over. This is just a temporary reprieve until the issue makes its way all the way up to the Supreme Court.
