Prime Minister Mark Carney wants to ban new gas and diesel vehicles by 2035 through his electric vehicle mandate.

But taxpayers like you have pushed back and you’ve already forced Ottawa to delay and rethink the ban.

Carney’s federal consultation ended on Nov. 4 and thousands of Canadians sent a clear message: scrap the ban.

The reason is simple: Banning new gas and diesel vehicles would require a huge number of new subsidies, power plants and transmission lines that would cost taxpayers billions that you can’t afford.

Now is the time to act because Carney could announce what he’s doing with the ban any day.
