This year, we’ve made it simple: wild-caught Alaska Salmon (now including the highly anticipated Sockeye Salmon, also called “reds” for their deep, vibrant red-orange fillets) and sweet Gulf Shrimp, all sourced from small-scale fishermen we know by name, combined into one easy program.
Sockeye Salmon eat more plankton and crustaceans, like shrimp, which contributes to their vibrant color and rich, robust flavor. With its higher fat content and firm flesh, Sockeye is perfect for the grill and a standout choice for salmon lovers. It also makes a delightful addition to holiday meals, try it smoked in a dip with crackers, stuffed into a savory pastry, or flaked over a vibrant salad with greens and citrus vinaigrette.
While Salmon and Shrimp are among the most popular seafood choices in America, much of what’s on the market comes from industrial farms, often treated with antibiotics and chemicals, and harvested in ways that harm wild habitats. We do things differently, sourcing responsibly and sustainably so you can feel good about every bite.
