John, today marks the anniversary of Roe v. Wade – decided Jan. 22, 1973. It was a landmark victory for women’s rights. But ever since, extremist Republicans have been hell-bent on rolling back abortion access. They got Roe overturned, and they still haven't stopped. Just last week, Senate Republicans held a hearing to try to restrict access to mifepristone, the abortion pill that’s been safely used by millions for decades. They’re pushing junk science and scare tactics while pretending they’re “protecting women.” That’s a lie. The GOP wants to cut off health care and turn women into criminals for making their own decisions. We have to stop this. Now.  We can start by showing that Americans *overwhelmingly* believe reproductive health care decisions should be made between a woman and her doctor.
