🥶FREEZE ALERT! Winter Storm Can't Slow Down Luke Kruse!
John,
I hope your preparations for Snowpocalypse 2026 are going well. My own skepticism on the projected snowfall this weekend aside, it's going to be too cold to go out and knock doors. And there's only three weekends left until the February 10th Special Election for Luke Kruse in House District 35!
Republican turnout in the primary and runoff for this race have been way down, while Luke has built a fierce and energetic campaign connecting with his neighbors from across the community,
We have a HUGE opportunity to shock everyone with a Democratic victory and set the momentum for 2026!
Because of the freeze, we're down to just two weeks of serious door-knocking to put this campaign over the top. So, with everyone stuck indoors, we're sounding the alarm!
Your help can make up for lost time! We're spending the weekend phone banking for Luke and assisting his campaign get out the final texts and mail pieces!

We had the chance to start working with Luke at the very beginning of his campaign. In addition to all of the tools and trainings we help candidates with, we've helped him raise money, get yard signs and walk cards, recruit volunteers, and we've consistently had staff and OKDEMS officers knocking doors with his team for months!
These are the concrete steps we've taken to help strengthen Luke's campaign, and it's the type of infrastructure we're building with all of our partners around the State . A special thank you to all of our team at the OKDEMS HQ, and especially our District and County Officers who have taken the time to support Luke's campaign.
This is what rebuilding and renewing the Democratic movement in Oklahoma looks like. I couldn't be more grateful for all of the folks who have chipped in as we've contested every Legislative special election since 2024 and worked to engage and mobilize voters around the state.
