Submit Your Population Certification
by March 23, 2026 [ [link removed] ]
OVC is seeking population certifications from federally recognized Tribes to signal their intent to apply for the noncompetitive FY 2026 Tribal Victim Services Set-Aside Formula Grant Program.
*All Population Certifications are due by 11:59 p.m. (Alaska time) on Monday, March 23, 2026.*
To facilitate this process, we strongly encourage you to acquaint yourselves with our digital Population Certification form [ [link removed] ]. This form has been designed to streamline and simplify the certification process.
Applicants who are applying as an authorized designee of a federally recognized Tribe, as well as applicants who are applying on behalf of a Tribal consortium *"must"* submit documentation with their online forms that demonstrates they have the requisite legal authority to complete the submission on behalf of a federally recognized Tribe(s). See "Authorizing Resolution" in the OJP Grant Resource Center [ [link removed] ].
If you need assistance completing the form, please email the OVC TVSSA team at
[email protected] and put “Population Certification – [Name of Tribe]” in the subject line.
