Texans believe in religious freedom, the rule of law, and equal justice.

But those principles are being tested.

Just outside Dallas, a large development now known as The Meadow, but previously called EPIC City, is moving forward under a structure that raises serious concerns. The project could create a haven for Sharia Law, route profits to a mosque, and house supporters of the Muslim Brotherhood.

That deserves scrutiny. Oversight is not discrimination.

At the same time, Texans pay billions into federal public benefit programs every year. When organized fraud schemes exploit those funds in other states, taxpayers everywhere pay the price, including families here in Texas.

Senator John Cornyn has been clear and consistent:

- He has pushed for investigations into fraud and abuse, including into the Meadows’ predecessor, EPIC City.
- He has opposed Sharia law and any attempt to create parallel legal systems in Texas.
- He has introduced the No Sharia Act with Senator Tommy Tuberville. 
- He has worked to expose and counter Muslim Brotherhood influence operating through nonprofits and community projects.
- He has defended Texas law, American sovereignty, and the Constitution.

This is not about targeting religion.
It is about enforcing the law and protecting Texans.

Texas can welcome religious freedom while still demanding accountability, transparency, and respect for our laws.
