On January 9, the Department of Homeland Security announced an expansive new program, Operation PARRIS (Post-Admission Refugee Reverification and Integrity Strengthening), with an initial focus in Minnesota. This effort is affecting people who sought and were granted safety in America, after careful vetting.??
