John, when folks here in North Carolina go to the polls and vote for a Democrat to represent them, they expect that person to fight hard for the priorities we share: bringing costs down for hardworking families, supporting public schools, keeping communities safe, and more.
The Democratic voters of House District 106 expected that from their representative, Rep. Carla Cunningham. Instead, she voted with Republicans more frequently than any other Democrat in the NC House in 2025, supporting legislation that would raise North Carolinians’ utility bills and advance a far-right agenda.
I proudly endorsed Rep. Cunningham’s Democratic primary opponent, the Rev. Dr. Rodney Sadler, earlier this month. He’s ready to go to bat for our Democratic values — defending our public schools, keeping costs down, and always putting people first.
John, Democratic legislative primaries are hard to win, but together, we can power Rodney Sadler to victory in March. If you’re with us, I’m asking you to make a donation directly to his campaign right now.
If we’re going to deliver on our promises for stronger public schools, affordable and accessible health care, and a government that works for working North Carolinians, Rodney is the partner we need in Raleigh.
We both appreciate your support in this critical fight.
Thanks,
Josh Stein
