Let’s build our bench, protect our values, and prepare to win in 2026

I hope you’ll save the date and join us in Detroit for a Michigan Dems Weekend, Friend!

On Saturday, April 18th, Michigan Democrats will gather to honor the legacy of Governor Gretchen Whitmer at our 2026 Legacy Dinner. You can get your ticket here!

Then, on Sunday, April 19th, Michigan Democrats from across the state will convene for our 2026 State Endorsement Convention, where party members will vote to endorse Democratic candidates for the November General Election, including: Secretary of State, Attorney General, Michigan Supreme Court, State Board of Education, Michigan State Univeristy Board of Trustees, Wayne State University Board of Governors, and Univeristy of Michigan Board of Regents.

These endorsements will determine who carries the Democratic banner as we take on MAGA Republicans in one of the most consequential elections in November.

Your voice at Convention matters, Friend. To vote at convention, you must be an active member by March 20, 2026. Our records show that you are currently NOT an active member of the MDP.

If you want to vote at Convention and fuel the critical work of the MDP, become a paid member today at this link or by selecting an option below.

If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:

You can also join as a free Michigan Democratic Party member by filling out this form.

This weekend is about more than events. It’s about building the Democratic bench, protecting our values, and preparing to win in 2026.
