FPC’s Legal Team is hoping for news today from the Supreme Court regarding our Viramontes cert petition, and we all have our fingers crossed for good news! 

While we wait though, we really need  to fix FPC’s deficit so we can be in a strong position to Fight Forward and WIN if called into action at SCOTUS!

As you know from multiple emails on this subject, our January deficit continues to widen, and we CANNOT allow the deficit to grow or problems could spiral out of control.
