I’ve gone by a lot of titles over the past two decades: Technical Sergeant, K9 handler, boxing coach, business owner, husband, father… but there’s one more I’m hoping to add to the list – Congressman.
From the long nights during my deployment in the Middle East to the long days running a small business, I’ve learned a few hard lessons.
Family is everything – I would have given anything to hold my wife, Annie, and hug my baby girl during those long deployments.
You only lose when you quit – I could have sold my soul to corporate America when I retired from the Air Force, but instead, I started a small business to support my family and my community.
One team, one fight – A leader is only as strong as their team.
Unfortunately, after returning to the States, I’ve realized that our country has lost its way. Politicians like to play politics more than fight for our freedoms, tradition, and country – It’s truly disheartening.
That’s why I’ve decided to take on this next mission.
