The Department of Justice is slow-walking the truth — and we’re done waiting.

Last week, my colleagues on the House Oversight Committee and I formally demanded that Attorney General Pam Bondi testify before Congress.

Why? Because the DOJ is refusing to comply with the law.

Congress passed the Epstein Files Transparency Act to ensure the public finally gets answers. The Oversight Committee issued a subpoena months ago. And yet the DOJ has released less than 1% of what they admit are millions of documents — while offering shifting explanations about what even exists and why it hasn’t been produced.

That’s not transparency. That’s obstruction.

Every day the DOJ keeps these files hidden is another day the law is being ignored and survivors are being disrespected. So we’re escalating.

We’ve already moved to subpoena key Epstein associates. And now we’re demanding that Pam Bondi come before Congress, under oath, to explain why her department is failing to follow the law.

But make no mistake — this fight isn’t easy. The forces working to bury this are powerful, well-funded, and counting on the public to lose interest.

If you believe no one is above the law — not DOJ officials, not billionaires, not anyone — I’m asking you to chip in today. Your contribution helps fuel the investigations, subpoenas, and hearings it takes to force the truth into the open. [[link removed]]

We’re not backing down. And we’re not letting this disappear.
