Despite some Republicans reaching across the aisle to vote with Democrats on addressing the GOP-created healthcare crisis, Trump said he would veto the bill.
This comes as, during a stump speech in Michigan, Trump stated that affordability “is a fake word by Democrats.”

You know what’s not fake? Due to Republican inaction, millions of Americans across the nation have seen their healthcare premiums skyrocket.
While extremist Republicans want you to think they have done everything they can to address rising costs, they haven’t done a single thing. And are instead standing by as Trump threatens to kill a bill that would finally address healthcare costs becoming inaccessible to millions.
