Dear John,

Trump wants to take over American cities led by his political opponents. He wants to ignore the rule of law and condition the American people to accept a dictatorship – We must disrupt Trump’s lies by sharing the truth.

By threatening to invoke the Insurrection Act, Trump means to scare us into submission. That’s why from California to Minnesota, people are rising up to protect one another. Now more than ever, we need to know our rights at home, at school, and on the streets. Then, we need to spread power, not panic.

No matter the color of your skin, where you were born or what’s in your wallet remember this: you come for one of us, you come for all of us.
