John,

This is a pivotal moment.

The Supreme Court heard two cases this week defending women’s athletics.

At issue is whether conservative leaning states, like West Virginia and Idaho, may separate sports participation on the basis of sex.

In case you missed oral arguments, I recorded a brief video explaining 3 takeaways from the High Court.
Center for American Liberty's CEO Mark Trammell breaks down what emerged from oral arguments in the women’s sports cases before the Supreme Court.
It is crazy to me that the ACLU and the left cannot define “woman.”

And it is crazy to me that they want to rob girls of opportunities afforded under Title IX and give them to boys pretending to be girls.

This is basic biology; it is painfully obvious.

The Center for American Liberty filed an amicus brief supporting conservative states protecting equal opportunity for real women.

I’m very optimistic our side will prevail when the Supreme Court hands down a decision in the months ahead.

Thank you so much for your support!

God bless,

Mark Trammell
CEO
