Kristi Noem must be impeached.

Since taking office, Secretary Noem disgraced her oath of office. At her direction, officers at DHS have terrorized communities and families across the country, operating without regard for the law or safety of the American people.

She has denied American citizens and immigrants their constitutional right to due process.

She has obstructed Congress and prevented members like me from accessing federal detention facilities.

And she has abused her position for personal gain, awarding federal contracts to her close allies and illegally spending taxpayer dollars on ad campaigns for ICE recruitment.

Kristi Noem believes she and her masked agents are above the law. But Congress has the power to remove her from office for her repeated failure to uphold the law and her oath. She MUST be impeached.
