Just days ago, a 37-year-old woman was shot and killed by federal ICE agents in Minneapolis. She was a U.S. citizen, observing a raid in her own neighborhood. An agent shot her directly in the face multiple times.

Most Americans responded the way you would expect. Shock, grief, anger, a demand for answers. Not Nancy Mace, though. She tweeted this: 

FAFO stands for “f*ck around and find out.”

A person who reacts like this to the death of an American citizen at the hands of the federal government absolutely cannot become governor. If you agree, I need you to rush a donation to my campaign right away so I can defeat Nancy Mace and show that South Carolina doesn’t stand for this kind of cruelty.

Elected leaders should be asking why heavily armed federal agents were conducting a militarized operation in a residential neighborhood. They should be demanding immediate accountability when civilians are killed. They should be standing up for South Carolinians against federal overreach.

Nancy Mace chose mockery instead.
