The Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) is excited to present the Remediation and Risk Management Webinar Series [ [link removed] ]. This webinar series is dedicated to helping environmental professionals stay informed about issues and trends that affect remediation and risk management efforts. Each webinar will include a presentation by a diverse selection of environmental professionals and allow time for questions from attendees. MIRBCA Tier 1 Forms [ [link removed] ]
EGLE's Remediation and Redevelopment Division (RRD) will provide an overview of the paradigm change in the Part 213 program brought about by the Michigan risk-based corrective action (MIRBCA) approach introduced in 2025 and will provide clarity on the ASTM International complete pathway terminology. The training will outline the structure of the MIRBCA forms and will focus on common critical errors in Forms 11 through 16.
