City of Ann Arbor Update: Ann Arbor Sustainability Forums Resume Jan. 27

Learn More button - blue The Ann Arbor Sustainability Forums will return to the Ann Arbor District Library in 2026, uniting City of Ann Arbor Office of Sustainability and Innovations staff and community leaders with the public to discuss local sustainability concepts and efforts. Attendees to this free event are encouraged to join these interactive sessions to learn, ask questions of the presenters, and engage with fellow community members. The first forum, titled “New Initiatives for a New Year: Charting a Path for Sustainability Progress in 2026” takes place Tuesday, Jan. 27, 6 p.m. at the Ann Arbor District Library Downtown Branch.

City of Ann Arbor Update: City Schedule for Martin Luther King Jr. Day and Christmas Tree Disposal Details

Learn More button - blue City of Ann Arbor municipal offices will be closed for Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Monday, Jan. 19. Curbside collections of trash and recycling, however, will continue on the holiday, without delays. Also, city-designated sites for self disposal of undecorated Christmas trees will remain open through Monday, Jan. 19.
