* TINA GETS HER DAY IN COURT! A GOOD DAY BY ALL ACCOUNTS! Persecuted Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters was sentenced to 9 years in prison after blowing the whistle on election integrity issues. Even Gov. Polis says the sentence is too harsh and this week Tina took her case to the Colorado Court of Appeals. Her attorneys argue the sentence should be thrown out over “core legal and constitutional errors.” The appellate court judges seemed receptive to Tina’s case and grilled the State attorneys regarding the corrupt trial judge’s unjust sentence and restricting Peters from presenting a complete defense. The Appeals Court has several options including doing nothing or ordering a re-sentencing possibly by a new judge. There is no timeline on when the decision will be made. * UNIPARTY BETRAYAL AGAIN BY REPS HURD AND EVANS. WHO IS PULLING THEIR STRINGS?? RINOs CD3 Rep. Hurd and CD8 Rep. Evans betray MAGA again and vote to keep pouring hundreds of millions of taxpayer dollars into a corrupt NGO. The National Endowment for Demcracy (a joke of a name) pushes worldwide censorship and progressive propaganda. Hurd joins with his Democrat comrades to kill a Republican plan to defund staff budgets for corrupt, rogue federal judges. Two activist judges openly use their power to target President Trump and this proposal would have used Congress’s power of the purse to cut their staff funding by 20%.
