John,

For months, House Republicans have known exactly what would happen if the Affordable Care Act (ACA) tax credits expired on January 1: families priced out of care, seniors forced from nursing homes, and parents watching their premiums skyrocket overnight. And still, they refused to act.

But Marilyn and House Democrats are continuing to hold the line for affordable healthcare - and last week, they secured a major victory:

The House passed legislation to extend the Affordable Care Act tax credits for three more years!

This is a huge win. Despite Speaker Johnson and the MAGA majority doing everything in their power to block it, House Democrats - and 17 Republicans - stood together to protect affordable healthcare.

Now the fight moves to the Senate - and without immediate action, millions of Americans could lose access to the care they need. We can’t wait. John, add your name today to demand the Senate pass the ACA extension now → [[link removed]]

Marilyn and her colleagues did their job in the House. Now the Senate must do the same.

Thanks for speaking up today.
