Weekly Poll

I ask. You answer.

Question: Do you support President Trump's continued action to remove criminal illegal aliens from our country?

Every state is a border state. Late last year, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced the arrest and conviction of Yerandi Garcia-Guerrero, a criminal illegal alien from Cuba, convicted of drug trafficking in Madison County, Mississippi. I want to thank our law enforcement officers for their hard work bringing this individual to justice.

Statement on the Terrible Attack on the Jewish Synagogue in Jackson

Haley and I were deeply saddened to learn of this senseless act of antisemitism that occurred in our capital city. We stand with the congregation of Beth Israel to freely exercise their First Amendment right to worship, and we call on local and federal authorities to hold those responsible for this attack.
