As we settle into the rhythm of the new year, I wanted to share with you where we are in this mission of ending abortion and where we’re headed next.

Because of your generosity and commitment, 2025 marked real, measurable progress for the pro-life movement. Together, we helped change laws, save lives, and bring truth into places where it had been missing.

Here are some of those victories you helped make possible:

Highlights from 2025

• We saw historic action in federal policy in the (temporary) Medicaid defunding of abortion giant Planned Parenthood, an unprecedented step.
  
  
• Live Action’s social media accounts grew by over one million followers, our content was seen over 71 million times each month, and we garnered over 600 million views through cutting-edge marketing campaigns.
  
  
• We hosted thousands of people at our events, hosted our second annual Young Leaders Summit as well as our inaugural Women’s Summit, and equipped 95 elected officials from 35 states with best-in-class messaging and policy tools to advance life-saving legislation.
  
  
• Over 50 abortion facilities (the majority of those being Planned Parenthood locations) closed as the landscape shifted.
  
  
• The U.S. Supreme Court affirmed that states can redirect Medicaid funding away from abortion businesses and toward truly life-affirming care.
  
  
• Baby Olivia, our educational video showing human development in the womb, was formally added to school curricula standards in four more states, bringing the scientific truth of human life at its earliest stages into new classrooms.
  
  
• The federal policy that allowed abortions at Veterans Affairs hospitals at taxpayer expense was reversed, safeguarding care for military families without abortion coverage.
  
  
• The Mexico City Policy, a long-standing global life policy that prevents U.S. funds from supporting abortion overseas, was reinstated.
  
  
• Live Action mobilized thousands across the country on a coordinated Defund Day of peaceful demonstrations at Planned Parenthood facilities.
  
  
• We also engaged hearts and minds with on-campus debates and leadership training events, bringing pro-life truths into spaces where ideas are shaped.

Each of these wins matters because they are helping to shift the national (and even international!) conversation toward truth and dignity for every human life. And you helped make it possible.

Now, in 2026, we must press on with even more courage and conviction.

Currently, two priorities stand before us:

1. Abortion giant Planned Parenthood needs to be permanently defunded.

Planned Parenthood is using its year of being defunded to double down on its deadly agenda. In its latest annual report (2023-2024), the deaths they facilitated and recorded via abortion reached a record high: 402,230.

2. The horror of the abortion pill must be exposed.

The abortion pill makes up the majority of abortions now and is touted by the abortion industry as “safe.” Our task of spreading the truth to a brainwashed world is urgent: No abortion is safe. Life is beautiful. Help is available. Abortion is never the answer.
