The trash incinerator in Fairfax County, ever since the two-week long fire in 2017, has become the largest waste burning plant in the nation. As the worst industrial air polluter in the greater DC region, it is important that we help Fairfax County transition away from waste incineration for health, climate, and environmental justice reasons.
