In the months ahead there will be key debates, votes, and moments that could bring assisted dying laws to the UK and Crown Dependencies; laws that are compassionate, safe, and long overdue.

We are closer than ever. What happens next will determine whether these laws move forward and deliver choice. We must be ready to respond quickly, make the case clearly, and ensure that the voices of people who want choice, dignity, and compassion at the end of life are heard loud and clear.
