A federal court just upheld California’s new Congressional map as constitutional, locking in up to 5 additional seats for Democrats in the 2026 midterms. This is massive. MAGA has already wiped out 10 Democratic seats in red states. If the California map had been struck down, MAGA would have only needed 3 more seats to guarantee control of the House for decades to come—a feat they would have easily been able to achieve.
