Year-End Statistics Portal Information
The deadline to enter Year End Stats is January 29. This is a hard deadline, as the entry portal will be closed after January 29.
Stats will be entered via the AC Stats portal.
Username: GCFA number (six-digit number that can be found on your apportionment statement)
Password: MOAC2025#
If you’ve not used this portal before, a video training is available on our Absorb learning platform. This short training will orient you to the layout of the statistics entry portal and its capabilities.

Pastor Parish Relations Committee Training
The Pastor–Parish Relations Committee plays a key role in nurturing healthy relationships between pastors, staff and the congregation. This training will equip lay leaders with a clear understanding of their responsibilities, practical guidance on required forms and timelines, and tools for effective communication and conflict resolution. Whether you are new to PPRC/SPRC or existing members, this session, led by Conference Center of Leadership Development Director Mark Statler, will help you serve with confidence, clarity and faithfulness.
