My name is Eileen Laubacher, and I am the Democrat and retired U.S. Navy
Admiral running against Lauren Boebert in Colorado.
I was 17-years-old the first time I raised my right hand and took an oath
to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and
domestic.
I took those words, and that responsibility, seriously every day for the
next 4 decades. When I was an intelligence officer. When I was deployed to
Afghanistan. When I became an Admiral. And as a member of the president’s
National Security Council.
But in all those years, I have never felt as much of a threat to our
country, our Constitution, and our very democracy as I do right now. I
said I would never run for office. But in this moment, I feel an
obligation to step up, serve my community, and defend our country once
again.
I am running for Congress to defeat Lauren Boebert because when she was
sworn into office, Lauren took a similar oath to defend our Constitution –
and she has betrayed it almost every single day since then.
Adam Frisch only lost to Lauren Boebert by 546 votes. It was the closest
race in the entire country. With the right Democrat, we can finally put an
end to Lauren Boebert’s embarrassing political career – but I need your
help now to do it.
My campaign has set a goal to raise $50,000 to defeat Lauren Boebert and
take back the House for Democrats, but right now, we’re still very short.
