📣 Member Meeting
GLASS will hold its next GLASS member-only meeting on Thursday, January 15 from 2:00 – 3:00 PM in SR-318.
Members should have a received a calendar invite hold for the meeting. Please let us know if you did not.

Already missing the winter break? Looking for a dedicated space to unwind with other senior staff?
Come join in community with other LGBTQ+ senior staff on Thursday, January 15 from 6:00-8:00pm at The Little Gay Pub! We will have a section of the bar reserved for our membership to mingle and reconnect in honor of the start of the new year.

GLASS and the LGBT Congressional Staff Association are proud to host our first annual Pride on the Hill Awards, honoring LGBTQ+ staff and allies whose leadership and service have helped make Capitol Hill a more equitable and inclusive workplace.
Award Categories
Lifetime Achievement in Service Award (2 recipients): Honoring one House and one Senate senior staffer whose careers reflect sustained commitment to advancing LGBTQ+ equity and justice on Capitol Hill.
Rising Star Award (2 recipients): Recognizing one House and one Senate junior staffer (3–5 years of service) who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, initiative, and impact early in their careers.
Ally of the Hill Award (1 recipient): Celebrating a former LGBT CSA member who continues to champion LGBTQ+ equity and justice beyond Capitol Hill.
