Our AccreditED report revealed that the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE), the ONLY ACCREDITOR for collegiate social work programs, requires anti-racism and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) as a key tenet of its curriculum. 

This means that far-left ideologies that promote discrimination on the basis of race and ethnicity are mandated if the institution wants to keep its accreditation — and accreditation is required for graduates of these programs to get licensed to become social workers.

We’re talking about over 500 degree programs across all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

Defending Education is at the center of a movement for people who believe that a child’s school should be a place of learning and development, not a place where students are pressured—and even forced— to adopt ideologies that conflict with their beliefs.

To add insult to injury, the Biden Administration’s Department of Education approved $91,032,114 in grants to 22 university social work programs that incorporate anti-racism and other diversity, equity, and inclusion focuses.

That’s over $90 MILLION taken from taxpayers' pockets and given to those who require students and educators to subscribe to a harmful worldview.
