The list of pension-related bills introduced for the current legislative session has been updated with the following:

• HB 2124 | SB 5835 – Concerning the threshold for payment of a lump sum retirement allowance in lieu of a monthly benefit.
• HB 2136 – Providing a benefit increase to certain retirees of the teachers' retirement system plan 1.
• SB 5862 – Providing a cost-of-living adjustment for plan 1 retirees of the teachers' retirement system and public employees' retirement system.
• HB 2179 | SB 5905 – Concerning membership in the public employees' retirement system for port workers who participate in a federal railroad retirement plan, a union-sponsored defined benefit retirement plan, or another employer-funded private pension plan.
• HB 2281 – Concerning the state and tribal government-to-government relationship.
  
• HB 2441 – Concerning medical insurance premium reimbursements for surviving spouses of line of duty deaths.
  

The list includes links to the legislature's information resources, including details on the content, history and current status of each bill.
