Make no mistake: The consolidation and abuse of power is happening in plain sight.

This week, federal prosecutors opened a criminal investigation into Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell — not because Trump uncovered some scandal, but because Powell refused to bow to Trump’s demands on interest rates.

This is what weaponizing the government looks like — Trump is using the Department of Justice to intimidate officials and punish anyone who won’t fall in line.

That’s why flipping the House in 2026 is so critical. A Democratic majority means real oversight, and one of the few checks left on Trump’s abuse of power.

I’m going to keep calling these abuses out. But in order to truly hold Trump accountable, we need to take back the House this November.
