Folks,
In a moment, I’m going to ask you to chip in to my reelection campaign so we can reach our mid-month goal of earning 6,800 grassroots donations, but before I do, I want to tell you why I need to ask:
Right now, we're living through unprecedented times, to put it very mildly. The Trump administration treats the Constitution like a suggestion. Congressional Republicans rubber-stamp his dangerous agenda as an act of blind loyalty.
And because of the Republican majority in Washington, it too often feels like Democrats are fighting just to hold the line and put out fires.
It’s hard not to wonder sometimes how far our country can go under the chaos of Donald Trump.
But to tell you the truth, I entered the new year with one specific word in mind: opportunity .
And I believe that this year’s midterm elections are our shot.
Not to survive another two years, but to actually change the direction we're headed. That means winning seats for Democrats, yes, but it also means electing leaders that demand accountability and answer to you .
We can’t miss the chance to seize this opportunity. That’s why I'm asking you to chip in to my reelection campaign before my mid-month fundraising deadline. With you on this team, Democrats can win the midterms, take back the Senate, and bring accountability and transparency to Washington >>> [link removed]
The fight continues,
Mark Warner
Before you go:
Republicans will spend whatever it takes to hold onto power, no matter how unpopular their agenda is with voters.
And they know that there’s no Senate majority for Democrats without Virginia.
Will you consider a contribution today as an early investment in the campaign infrastructure we're building to reelect Mark Warner and flip control of Congress? Your donation today will have a much bigger impact than a donation of the same amount made right before the midterm elections. [link removed]
