2026-2028 Homeless Crisis Response System Letter of Interest (LOI)

Greetings,

Skagit County is accepting Letters of Interest (LOI) from qualified parties experienced in implementing projects to provide homeless crisis response services. The contract period will be July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2028.

Additional details are provided in the LOI document, which can be found on the Skagit County Public Health Housing and Homelessness webpage at the following link: Skagit County Public Health and Human Services.

Organizations interested in applying should submit a very brief LOI via email to [email protected]. LOIs must be received no later than January 26, 2026, at 4:30 p.m.

Please note, any eligible organization interested in applying for homeless crisis funding must first submit an LOI as outlined. Only organizations that submit an LOI will be invited by Skagit County to complete and submit a full proposal.
