This afternoon, I’ll head to a joint session of the Arizona House of Representatives and Senate to give my 2026 State of the State address.

I plan to tell it like it is: that we’ve made progress together over the past few years, but there’s still more work to be done.

For too long, politicians have been focused on the wrong things — chasing headlines, playing politics, and looking toward their next election or office rather than standing up for the people they represent.

But not me. I’m committing to continue to wake up every day and fight for this state. I will never give up on the Arizona Promise.

During my time as Governor, we have lowered costs by cutting government red tape and making historic investments in affordable housing programs. But, make no mistake, we must do more. And we will.

That’s the promise I will make in my State of the State address, and the promise I am making to you now.

I’m proud to be your governor, and I’m proud to have your support.
