Dear Jack,

Tomorrow early in the morning, our buses roll out for Washington, DC — and this is the final call to claim one of the remaining free seats ([link removed]) .

We are just hours away from rallying on the steps of the U.S. Supreme Court during oral arguments in West Virginia v. B.P.J. ([link removed]) and Hecox v. Little ([link removed]) , pivotal cases that will determine whether states can protect fairness and safety in women’s sports.

If you’ve been thinking about coming, now is the moment. Once the remaining seats are filled, registration will close. We’re calling on supporters to stand for biological reality and defend girls’ and women’s opportunities in athletics. Buses depart early tomorrow, January 13, and return later that same day after scheduled activities. There is no cost to attend.

Why this matters:

West Virginia’s Save Women’s Sports Act was passed to uphold Title IX by ensuring women and girls are not forced to compete against males. Similar laws have been challenged elsewhere, including in Idaho’s Hecox v. Little. After the American Civil Liberties Union challenged West Virginia’s law, Alliance Defending Freedom stepped in to defend it—giving the Supreme Court a key opportunity to restore fairness and clarity nationwide.

What to expect:
* Free bus transportation to and from DC
* Peaceful rally outside the Supreme Court
* A meaningful way to take an actual stand for women’s sports
* Currently, we have buses chartered to depart from Raleigh, Charlotte, and Winston-Salem.

NC Values led the fight in 2023 to pass the Fairness in Women’s Sports bill in North Carolina, which is now law in our state. We have filed several Amicus Briefs ([link removed]) in the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and the US Supreme Court to defend Idaho and West Virginia’s laws, because we know that a decision in these cases will either uphold or strike down our Women’s Sports law.

Seats are limited and time is running out. If you plan to join us, register now at ncvalues.org/dc ([link removed]) before buses fill and registration closes.
RSVP ([link removed])

Sincerely,

Tami & Team
