Dear community,

Tomorrow, on January 13, 2026, the U.S. Supreme Court will hear West Virginia v. B.P.J. and Little v. Hecox, two cases that threaten transgender young people's right to participate in school and public life fully.

These cases are not just about sports. They represent a coordinated effort to exclude trans youth from belonging, visibility, and opportunity. We refuse to let that effort go unanswered.

That is why we are mobilizing to Washington, DC, and across the country to show up loud, united, and impossible to ignore. When we gather outside the Court and in our neighborhoods, we demonstrate what real community power looks like and make clear that trans youth are not alone.

Sports bans do not make anyone safer. They fuel harassment, invite surveillance of all girls, and deepen racial and gender inequities, especially for Black girls and gender-nonconforming youth. They distract from the real work of creating schools and spaces that are safe, supportive, and resourced for everyone.

On January 13, we show up for trans athletes.
We show up for families and caregivers.
We show up for a future where every young person belongs.
